What are the Whisp flavours?

Whisp is currently available in two refreshing flavours:

- Raspberry and Elderflower

- Cucumber and Mint

What is Hard Seltzer?

Hard seltzer, spiked seltzer or hard sparkling water is an alcoholic beverage containing carbonated water, alcohol, and often fruit flavoring.

Does Whisp contain any allergens?

The fermentation contains barley malt extract. It is fully gluten free and suitable for vegans.

What type of alcohol is in Whisp?

Our alcohol comes from fermented sugars derived from malted gluten free grains. This gives our drinks a clean and crisp taste with no fruit wines, spirits or distilled alcohol added.

Does hard seltzer have less calories in that beer?

Hard Seltzer typically has less calories per 100ml than beer, Whisp has only 26 calories per 100g whilst a typical beer which would have 40-50 calories per 100g.

What is the shelf life of Whisp?

Generally, Whisp will stay fresh for about 12 months after it was packaged

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shopify Pay

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, this cannot be changed online. If you need to change an order, please contact us via hi@whispdrinks.co.uk where we will try to accommodate any requests.


Where do you deliver?

Delivery only available to England, Wales and mainland Scotland excluding Highlands. Contact us via email at hi@whispdrinks.co.uk for delivery costs to other areas. All deliveries are UK Standard Delivery and should arrive within 2-3 working days.

Are you affected by COVID-19?

Due to the current situation of COVID-19 we are experiencing some delays in our courier network so please do get in touch with us via hi@whispdrinks.co.uk if you have any questions about your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders will be dispatched via DPD next day delivery.

Shipping may take a little longer due to Covid-19, but we hope you receive your product within 1-3 days within the UK.

All our deliveries are fulfilled during working days only Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) with deliveries also on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.


What’s your return policy?

Our returns and exchange policy is 14 days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods, and within this time period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

  • the goods are damaged or defective
  • the goods were purchased directly through Whisp Drinks
  • the goods are returned within a 14 day period from receipt

We are unable to refund cans that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely.
